We were built just three years ago and have one and two bedroom apartments. Each apartment has specious rooms, big kitchen with plenty of cabinets and counter space, full dinning area and pantry, huge spacious bathroom, washer/dryer hookups, covered parking, beautiful patio or balcony. The Resident Committee is involved in planning daily activities and events.

Every Tuesday we provide van service. Often we go to many of our residents favorite shopping centers and also excursions to local casinos. Our Resident Service provider holds events weekly:

We are walking distance from The Winco Shopping Center, which includes: OSH, Panda Express, Starbucks, Mountain Mikes Pizza, Baskin Robbins, Togos, Taqueria Guadalajara, Chase Bank & Metro PCS. Directly across the street is the Bel-Air shopping center which includes: Tugboat Fish & Chips, McDonalds, Round Table Pizza, Sushi Buffet, Safe Bank, Jamba Juice and don’t forget about the 24 HOUR FITNESS! Locally in the area is also: Walgreens, Rite Aid, Papa Johns, House of Chicken & Ribs, Subway, New York Pizza, Quiznos, Wingstop, Yuppy Puppy, Little Caesars Pizza, Taco Bell & KFC. For your local shopping, we have Super Walmart & KOHLS.
